As a former UN official, humanitarian crisis operations manager, and diplomat, Kilian has worked in many crisis regions in Africa, the Balkans, Asia, and the Middle East, managing large-scale humanitarian operations in the most remote locations. With his excellent knowledge of the context and contacts on the continent, he is instrumental in expanding our operations to Africa. Kilian ensures that our projects are well-anchored within the communities, making a positive impact on the social and economic fabric, as well as the environment.

With a strong foundation in electrical engineering and renewable energy systems, Andreas brings over a decade of hands-on experience in power systems, control technologies, and energy installations. His journey began as an electrician, evolving into a leader who combines technical mastery with strategic foresight. Holding an Ecom-installer certification and a proven track record in organizational development, Andreas ensures every project reflects excellence, reliability, and sustainability.

Well-versed in implementing strategies that foster the development and growth of entrepreneurs in Africa, as well as effectively formulating Passionate about identifying cutting-edge solutions geared towards enhancing the education infrastructure to ensure that highly skilled teachers are employed, as well as warrant that necessary tools and books are accessible to ensure that students have relevant technical skills to enter the job market and generate significant revenues. A visionary leader with in-depth knowledge and understanding of finance, economics, and global markets, who believes in investing in micro-enterprises and SMEs to maintain their financial health and ensure the achievement of their business growth objectives.
Meet our CoFounder and Director Energy and Carbon Trading
Henning is a Norwegian serial entrepreneur and owner of several companies internationally within energy, sustainability and climate. He began his career as a salesman almost 30 years ago, but has worked in sales management, business development and management in both Norwegian and international companies for more than 25 years.
One of the companies he has established is one of the leading in engineering and consulting services, within the areas of energy efficiency, energy auditing, energy, guarantees of origin and climate quotas. Continuous search for smarter ways to streamline energy consumption and leave a smaller carbon footprint characterizes the business.
Based in Norway
Although Henning is based in Norway, he is regularly around to observe and assist in the various projects he is involved in. It is motivating to contribute to projects that are so much more than pure business. Clean energy drives economic growth, strengthens local communities and protects our planet.
